Payment Terms

1. Fees:

The total fee for each 2-hour digital skills training session is £300. For a 4-hour training session, the fee is £600. Fees are associated with each training code (e.g., Using SharePoint (Intermediate) – Training code TC24C).

2. Due Date:

Payment is due within 30 days after the completion of the training sessions.

Invoice:

I will issue a formal invoice upon completion of the training sessions. The invoice will detail the total amount due, payment instructions, and the due date.

3. Methods:

Payments can be made via PayPal or other agreed-upon methods. Details will be included in the invoice.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 7 days after the completion of the training session.

2. Eligibility:

Refunds will be considered if the training session did not meet the agreed-upon standards or if there were significant issues with the delivery of the session.

3. Process:

To request a refund, clients must contact me at info@ukdigitalproductivitytraining.co.uk with a detailed explanation of the issue. I will review the request and respond within 14 days.

4. Resolution:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., PayPal) and will be issued within 14 days of the approval.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds will not be issued for issues related to client’s own technical problems or if the request is made after 7 days post-session.
